Service Consultant. Manages the process of servicing and repairing customer’s vehicles, including scheduling, checking customers in, keep customer informed and more.
Education
Chris received his high school diploma from Camden High School, San Jose, Ca. and took two years business class at West Valley College. After stepping into automotive field, Chris has received many technical and management trainings throughout the years. He is certified by ESI, Moog, Bendix, etc.
Experience
Chris has been a service consultant for over 7 years.
He started with Big O Tires as a service consultant
after he left a fleet manager position in a heating
and air conditioning company. He came to Valley Import
Center at the beginning of 2006 and become a very important
member of the customer service team. Chris used to
be a pretty good pitcher and first baseman, but now
he spend most of his spare time watching midgets
race car racing, and he is crazy about it. |
