The average auto repair warranty range is from 6 months and 6000 miles or 12 months and 12,000 miles. With only 12 months of accountability for the repairs, there
is a lot of incentive to hire less skilled technicians and use the least expensive
parts. The result is: customers may have to pay for the same repairs in 13
months. The industry statistics state that 20,000 miles or 2 years driving
under different conditions is sufficient to test the integrity of most parts
and workmanship. We set our warranty to 25,000 miles or 25 months, adding a
25% margin to the national average in order to make sure that everything is
covered. By doing this, we basically eliminated our motive to use the least
expensive parts and hire the less skilled technicians. We have to do our best
the first time in order not to do the same thing again with out getting paid.
The bottom line is: our customers have less stress about their automobiles.
Warranty - Here Are The Facts:
All new mechanical parts and associated labor have a limited warranty for 25,000
miles or 25 months, which ever occurs first. All warranties are subject to the
disclaimer of warranties hereon printed and to the conditions of the Song-Beverly
Act. Warranty is valid only if vehicle is returned to our facility for repairs
and/or adjustments. Warranty is void if there is any evidence of neglect, misuse,
or abuse contributing to any failure.
