2nd time we brought our Q7 in and appreciate the fair pricing and quality of work performed. Jeff and the team really work hard to exceed expectations.

The best about San Ramon Valley Service Center is the convenience of dropping off and picking up your vehicle.

I took my car in yesterday. In and out in a jiff and at a low cost. They are always friendly. The guys even listened to my woes (whining) about several appliances going out at once. Went in today again. 95000 mile check and a new windshield done in the same day. AND the cost didn't break the bank. They are always courteous and I never feel the "smarminess" I felt at the dealer maintenance site. I have a Prius, so guess which dealer.

These guys are great! I know absolutely nothing about cars so calling around being a female with a newer vehicle is intimidating because I never know how much to expect repairs to be. The dealer said my vehicle wouldn't even be able to get diagnosed for atleast 2 weeks. These guys were available the next business day. They were open early so I could drop off my vehicle before work & provided transportation. I'm definitely taking my car back there if ever I have any other issues & I'm telling everyone I know who has vehicle issues to take their vehicles there as well. Thanks to Jeff, Gavin & the whole crew! I owe you guys like cupcakes or something!

I love bringing my Element to San Ramon Valley Import! They explain what's going on with my car in very easy to understand terms. Excellent customer service too! I could go on and on about how great these guys are.

We have been having our cars repaired at San Ramon Valley Import Center for almost 10 years. We have a BMW 530i and a Buick Park Avenue. Valley Import Center has never failed to correctly diagnose and repair -- for a very reasonable price -- every problem our cars have had. The folks at Valley Import are extremely knowledgeable and customer focused and they have never failed to fix even the most perplexing of our car problems. Recently, our Buick developed an engine leak that cost a significant amount of money to repair. Jeff (our go-to guy at Valley Import) helped us understand the problem and decide whether or not to make the needed repairs (we didn't). We've never been pressured and it has become obvious that Valley Import's business approach is to develop long term customer relationships rather than turn a short term profit. They have earned our trust and respect. This shop is run with integrity as well as expertise.
