I've been taking my 2002 Honda Odyssey to San Ramon Valley Import Center for just over two years now and I have nothing but high praise for the courteous, prompt and efficient service I receive there. They never try to sell me anything, they explain problems if they arise and ask if I want to do anything about it. I am very happy with the Service at this location

Went to get my Oil Change, Filter Replaced plus Alignment for my SLK. Jeff was awesome! He gave me a new customer discount, plus an additional 10% off, and I paid way less then what I've been normally charged at Import Doctors. But then when I pull out, all of a sudden my window doesn't want to roll up. So I went back to Jeff and he fixed it for free. It seems it was just a coincidence that my window started having problems as well. I noticed my Coolant light was showing and Jeff fixed the issue without a problem (Something that Import Doctors had supposedly fixed). The pick-up and drop-off service was awesome too. Very nice driver/mechanic! It's hard to find a shop that's honest and doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. Jeff and his team are the exact opposite of others out there that give good mechanics/shops a bad name. I would highly recommend this shop. 100% Quality Work, Very Honest and best priced!

We found San Ramon Valley Import online and based on the good reviews we decided to give them a try. I had a bad experience with another local mechanic in San Ramon so I was uneasy. They worked on our 2006 Toyota Prius and from the beginning, Jeff kept us informed and gave us a break down of what they were doing. Not once did I feel like he was trying to "over sell" us on something that wasn't needed. He was honest and up front and this is truly something you just don't get from many mechanics or car dealers for that matter. Honesty and great customer service is what I hoped for and was pleasantly surprised to actually get it. We found our new local mechanic at San Ramon Valley Import Center!

Professional and honest , this was my second visit and my only complaint is I didn't know about these guys sooner!!!! I had my car towed here 2 mos ago by recommendation of the truck driver. Triple A recommended a different shop and when I spoke with the manager (owner) before leaving my car there, i knew i would not do business with him so we left, After one more attempt, we pulled into import auto and I spoke with Jeff. Well. End of story. It's the integrity and follow through. Ok?? Lucky me. Lucky car. We are so happy!
