Rob persevered to find a mysterious and elusive stalling problem with my older Rav-4, and I have a hunch very few other shops would ever have found the culprit. A previous shop was, in fact, unable to locate the source of the issue after several weeks. Had I taken this Toyota to a dealer, most of them would have started needlessly replacing parts with no solution to the problem, only a giant invoice, and I know this from perusing the Rav-4 forums on the internet. Jeff & Rob are smart and pleasant folks to deal with, and I can certainly recommend them without reservations. If you have tricky problems with your car, this is the place to go. Just understand that they tend to be busy, so like most good shops, it may take a few days to get your vehicle in.

Great work on my 1955 Chevy Bel Air! The steering wheel had become off-center, with lots of play in the wheel. They replaced the steering gear box, and it is perfect. The wheel is centered, no play, and the steering is very easy and precise. They also replaced the turn signal control because it was also loose and would fall out of position. In addition, replaced all four shock absorbers which were leaking. Very knowledgeable, ordered the correct parts, and did the work in a timely manner. I highly recommend!
