Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

Honest, knowledgable, friendly, and prompt. Was referred by a friend and finally (gladly) took their advice. Thanks Rob for the alignment and additional troubleshooting for my Infiniti :) .. if you're going there the first time there are a lot of car repair shops on this street.. They're at the back of the parking lot.

For over 15 years I took my cars to San Ramon Valley Imports and got excellent service every time. Even tough jobs like replacing the electro-hydraulic power steering they did proficiently and rapidly. Jeff, Mark and Sun were always clear on what needed to be done and what it would cost. I recently moved to SoCal so I shall have to go elsewhere for repairs My loss.

Got me in for a smog check right away and did a fine job. Great senses of humor too! Really pleased with their camaraderie and work.

I've been going here for over 20 years. They have great service, are trustworthy, honest and reliable. I go nowhere else. And you don't need to have an import--they work on any make of car.

We take all of our vehicles to Valley Import Center and always get the best service! We have older vehicles that are getting tender so they need some extra care at times. The gang at Valley Import Center take good care of our vehicle needs! Highly recommended!!

I have gone to Valley Import Center for 20+ years. They do great work and don't recommend anything that is not needed. They are a vehicle maintenance business that can totally be trusted.They know me by name so they know how to give excellent overall customer service.

My BMW needed a new radiator so I called around for quotes. Jeff from Valley Import was extremely professional and was happy to give me a quote over the phone. The amount he gave me was the complete price with taxes included. I hate it when you get a quote but the tax is not included as that could be a substantial amount depending on the services being performed. Valley Import's price was very competitive so I chose to have the work done and couldn't have been happier. I was able to email Jeff the night before bringing in my car so that he could have the part ready in the morning. I dropped off my car, rode my bike home and rode back in the afternoon when the job was completed (earlier than expected too.) The final invoice was the same price as the quote-no extra parts or materials were necessary as everything else looked fine. I will happily return when I need work done on my car and I'm very happy to have found this repair shop in my community. Thank you Jeff and Valley Import Center.

Great communication and service. Always feel as though the goal is to safely fix my vehicle, not sell me services that aren't needed. I have recommended numerous friends to use Valley Imports for their vehicles also.
