Just went in for a major service and asked Valley Import Center to check my brakes. They needed replacing and they didn't have them in stock. Rather than requiring me to come back again to do a brake-job, they got the Lexus brakes from a vendor an hour away. My total car repair was done in one day and they scored big points because of this and the ongoing excellent service they provide.
I am very happy with the service for my Honda CRV 2011. I work nearby and my only regret is not taking my small SUV here sooner. Very nice staff to go along with excellent customer service. There's no reason for going back to the dealerships.
