MAINTENANCE SERVICE CATEGORIES
A: For most makes and models, service is due every 3 to 5 thousand miles. Every 15 thousand miles, there should be an intermediate service, and every 30 thousand miles, a major service should be performed.
B: Many cars have on board computer systems to monitor the service interval and remind the car owner when service is due.
For Mercedes owners: A or B services are the basic scheduled services plus time and mileage incurred items.
For BMW owners: the schedule should be oil service, inspection I, inspection II.
C: Many cars have a timing belt (a very critical part of the engine), and replacing timing belt is part of the maintenance schedule.
D: All scheduled maintenances include inspections that will make sure that the vehicle is safe and reliable between the maintenance cycles.

Customer Service Shuttle
We offer complimentary transportation to our customers to and from our facility when you drop off and / or pick-up your car. Our Courtesy Van's hours of operation are from 7:30 to 4:30 - within a 15 mile radius of Valley Import Center.
