Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

THANK YOU Jeff!!!!!! Brought my my car because it wasn't passing smog - took it to 2 different places and they insisted I needed a new catalytic converter (1500 just for the part). The issue was not the converter - it needed to run through some cycles in order to get the sensors running. They saved me so much money!If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable and fast shop - don't delay this is your place.

Been taking my imports to San Ramon Valley Import Center for years. I recently took my Ford truck there and received the same excellent service.

I normally don't have time to write reviews but I am making an exception, as this shop deserves all the great reviews and they have earned it. I have been going to SR Valley Import Center for years now for my older BMW X5, Toyota Sienna and Honda Civic. They have been saving me bundles $$$ from going to the dealer! Their quality of work is super and their warranty is unsurpassed. Not to mention, I get the highest standard of customer service from them, bar none, thanks to Jeff who I deal with most of the time. Oh, and they have an A+ from BBB too! I am glad I found this shop years ago and will continue to have my car serviced by them. I trust SR Valley Import Center more than I trust the dealers. SR Valley Import Center will give you an honest assessment, not an exaggerated one to make a few more $. (This is a fact as I have had several second opinions. I am very thorough.)

Valley Import has worked on several of our cars through the last 10 years. Their work is always exceptional, on time and they check every time for safety issues. I have valued their opinions when it came time to selling our cars as well.

I have been taking my car (BMW X5) here for the last few years; never had any problems. They are professional and efficient. Took in the car last week for a couple of major repairs, they did a couple of minor things without charging! I would definitely recommend them.

I have had two experiences with these guys. The first was I had taken our family Sequoia here before a long road trip from California to Louisiana. I told them "let me know what it needs before I load my family into this thing and drive for 4500 miles". When I got a call back they said "you could use an oil change and in another 10K miles some new back brakes." So they basically had a blank check and could have tacked on a bunch of work that didn't need to be done. But they didn't because thats not how these guys work. Second was I took my mother in Forrester there to get a rough idle worked out. I can't confirm it but I think they worked on it far longer than they charged me for. They got it worked out and charged me what we both thought was a very fair price. They are really accommodating and always seem to get the job done in an honest way.
