I’ve been using San Ramon Valley Imports for almost 20 years thru several shop owners. I have always received honest excellent service and that continues to this day!

Have been using SRV Import Center for years. Never an issue. Always up front, professional, trustworthy and highly recommend them.

This is my first visit to service my car but it won't be the last. They were very professional and work done in a timely manner. The prices were very reasonable and I was not oversold as I was at the dealership. I will continue to go here for all my auto needs.

My 2007 Honda Odyssey with over 100K miles was making a strange noise. Already a customer of theirs, I called VIP early in the morning and was able to take it in the same day. It turns out it was a bad alternator. Although they couldn't promise it would be done the same day, they were able to replace the alternator by 3 pm. I was very pleased that they were able to return my vehicle so quickly. Everyone there is great.

2006 Tundra with 180,000 miles running strong because of excellent maintenance service by Valley Import Center experts. I've taken all my vehicles for service there since Ian Cook opened the shop decades ago. They are the very best in the valley. Getting that extra 50,000-100,000 miles on my cars has saved me thousands of dollars in new cars and car payment interest. They are the smart independent shop!
