My 2007 Honda Odyssey with over 100K miles was making a strange noise. Already a customer of theirs, I called VIP early in the morning and was able to take it in the same day. It turns out it was a bad alternator. Although they couldn't promise it would be done the same day, they were able to replace the alternator by 3 pm. I was very pleased that they were able to return my vehicle so quickly. Everyone there is great.
