Excellent service. My Subaru Crosstrek battery died. I found Valley Import Center on the Costco Auto Service website. I called Valley Import and they were able to get a replacement battery the next day. They quickly installed the new battery in less than an hour. Prices for service and the battery were fair and reasonable. The service staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Valley Import for my auto and truck service needs.

My headlight went out and needed it fixed. Called around to different mechanics, couldn't afford to take it to the dealer because they were ridiculously expensive! I would also have to wait three days for an appointment! So I started calling mechanics and first one I called I had to leave a message, they finally returned my call 5 hours later! Valley Import not only actually answered their phone, but they also quoted me a very reasonable price AND gave me an appointment for the very next day! In fact I waited less than an hour and it was fixed! They were all very professional and friendly! Will definitely be going back for any other car problem I have!
