Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

I want to commend the owner Rob for being straight forward about issues with my 2014 Subaru Forester. This particular model has many quirks including a very poorly designed front end. Rob took the time to explain to me about the design flaw and covered rework when technically he didn’t have to. Maybe not the cheapest but who else covers repairs for 2 years, 25k miles? Not Subaru. Not your local tire dealers. Thank you Rob, Ethan and the crew!

You guys knocked it out of the park again!

This review is long overdue. I bought my Volvo in and needed it repaired quickly for my son's driving test. Ethan made sure the my car was repaired and get me updated. I will not take my Volvo anywhere else.

Long time customer. VIC is thoroughly professional and has always personified courtesy and competence. Excellent service.

Great people who obviously care about the vehicles they service and the people who drive them! Thank you!

The best of the best. Thank you Rob!

Very good service.

Wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I had been told by another shop I needed brakes now. Valley Import confirmed I would need brakes but I could wait until the next service and I was provided with an estimate. I did not feel pressured but was confident of their assessment. Service on my vehicle was done in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price.

excellent service and great troubleshooting. I know with over 90% certainty what to expect from my car over the next six months.
