Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

The service at this shop is amazing. I have an older "classic" 87 Turbo Regal T-Type that has had brake system issues for some time. First problem was a failed master cylinder with no replacement part available. So the shop had the existing unit rebuilt. It was then discovered that a small brake fluid pump relay had also gone bad. The shop and I scoured the Internet for a replacement part but no luck - couldn't find a replacement part anywhere. I was looking at having to replace the entire braking system at a HUGE cost. So, the master repair technician/owner took the little relay apart and FIXED it! My brakes now work GREAT. Let me tell you, THIS place really knows what they are doing. They service practically ANY kind of vehicle. I can't recommend them enough.

Ive been going to San Ramon Valley Import Center for 35 plus years now. I was there this week for service maintenance on my Pilot. I go there because the services my car(s) get has been honest and reliable. Rob, now owner, has incredible knowledge on cars and also has extended his education on providing the best services - not only mechanically, but professionally as well. I noticed a few customers that day that have also been there for years with their cars. That, in itself, tells me that return customers know what they are getting and trust the work on their cars! Rob has a great staff. He trains new mechanics and hires experienced ones. Rob also works on older cars ones for collectors and just wanting their mature vehicle to work well. I know, he kept my 1977 Celica in great condition!!! You can trust your car at San Ramon Valley Import.

I had a leak and it was diagnosed and repaired quickly and conveniently. I had to wait for a part to be delivered and had the option of returning once the part had been delivered so I wasn't without transportation. Have used Valley Import for years and have always had good results.
