They squeezed me in that day; located the part; picked up the part from a supplier; installed the swiith and had me out the door in less than 1 hour. I am greeted by a friendly professional, knowledgeable person when I call to make an appointment. While the car is with them they regularly communicate with me and explain the problem, work needed and current status. When the car is returned to me I receive a detailed list and description of the work done and costs. I leave their shop with a car that looks and drives like it has been fixed right. For me trust is #1 when it comes to letting someone work on my car and I can say my overall experience has made it easy for me to trust Valley with my car.

I have always been treated with courtesy there, as has my car, no matter what piece of junk I brought in. The work has always been done in a timely manner, and to my knowledge, they have never tried to sell me a repair I didn't need. They kept my old Volvo going for 250,000 miles, and now my Prius at 81,000 is going strong. And they are less expensive than the dealer.

We have been going to Valley Import for servicing and repairs since the early to mid eighties. We purchased a car from Ian Cook in the mid eighties.
