Honest and skilled team here! Being a woman I’m picky about finding mechanics who I feel listen to what I have to say. I also look for mechanics who will use quality parts but at the same time won’t sell me things I don’t need. The team, here ticks all the boxes and are a pleasure to work with! I trust them with my precious (to me) car!

Great work! Had them perform a major service on my 2003 BMW convertible. Talked about what should be and what doesn't need to be done before work started. They did the transmission fluid and filter, coolant, oil, and plugs. It runs perfectly now. I've been coming here for a long time. They know what they're doing and I've never had a problem. Keeping my 17 year old car feeling and running like new.

I wouldn't take my car to any other location. The service on my car is always the best. In addition they are trustworthy. My car has been serviced there for 39 years!

As always Jeff was efficient and accommodating and of course friendly. The problem was diagnosed and reported to me promptly. Parts were ordered and my car was ready well before the end of the day. I have been a client of Valley Import for almost 20 years they were recommended to me by my father and they have never let our family down.
