Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

Good job

I brought my son's 2009 VW GTI into the San Ramon Valley Import Center. The A/C was blowing HOT air. Mark greeted us with a friendly good morning, listened to the challenges, had us out in 10 minutes. Called a couple hours later with diagnosis, plan on repair and costs. Picked it up a couple hours later and the A/C is very COOL, just like the guys at San Ramon Valley Import Center! First time there, we'll be back.

Have been going to SRVImport Center for many, many years and have continued to use their service even after retiring and having to drive maybe 10 to 15 miles to have my car serviced. I would drive 50 miles to have my car serviced by them.

Friendly and fast service and fair prices. They always call with the costs before doing any work and keeps us updated on the progress. The shuttle service is also very convenient. We have been using Valley Import Center for years and will continue to go back.
