I took my Honda to the dealer for way too long before finding these guys. My car doesn't need work often but when it does they are timely, I trust their work. I drive a long way out of my way to have Valley Import work on my car. Don't expect the cheapest rates, but you'll only have to pay once, and you will be getting OEM or better. This is a place for people who plan to keep their cars a long time. There is a wall of photos of cars with impressive mileage. It's a small shop, where you will likely get to speak with the people who work on your car, and I especially want to give highest praise to Rob, an exceptionally gifted mechanic who takes pride in perfectionism.

The place is clean, the restrooms are clean, the guys are nice, the shuttle service is always great, with nice polite drivers that can carry on a conversation and drive too. Vehicles are ready as scheduled. They don't do repairs that are not necessary, will watch the situation until needed. Owner is always present.
