I've used SRV Import Center for over 20 years and am certain that is the reason my 1997 Camry performs as well as it does at 238,500 miles. I became a bit concerned when ownership changed a number of years ago, but the new owner didn't miss a beat. Service may have actually improved. They make every effort to make sure you have a ride to and from their shop and notify you when your auto is ready. Service advice is given in a low key manner with respect for what it will cost the customer and the risks of ignoring the advice. I give SRV Import my unqualified recommendation. I highly recommend

So I see what appears to be a great deal on a front brake job at another service center. $200 later and a couple of weeks of squeaking brakes, I take it in to Valley. I find out the pads are a bad quality generic and the rotors look like they were never turned. Valley took care of everything and didn't even say "if it's too good to be true, it probably is".

I had a series of dead battery problems, but was told by AAA that the battery was good. SRVI did a complete check for me, found that it was indeed a problem with the battery and replaced it quickly. Everything was explained to me completely

Thorough inspection. Saved big money by replacing ceramic pads and resurfacing rotors, rather than simply selling new rotors. Friendly, knowledgeable, outstanding communication. Rotated tires for free, since they were off for inspection anyway. Just ask.
