Another great experience at Valley Import Center. We have 4 cars close to 100,000 miles or more, so it's uper important to get them all in for regular service. They send me email reminders and keep track of the big things, but also the small things like windshield wipers. Never got that kind of attention to detail from the dealer.

Took my car here for the first time and had a great experience. The service manager, Jeff, was very professional and did a great job having his team research, diagnose and fix my car's problem. Even after coming up with an initial diagnosis, they did further testing and found the real source of the problem without performing a needless repair. I was really pleased with the updates they provided regarding progress and how they set my expectations. Hopefully my future visits will go just like this one.

Easy to work with, mindful- and high quality all around - very customer focussed! Their recommendations for things to be done are valuable They are able to solve also complicated problems (like getting parts for 27 year old European car!) I first brought my car in for a checkout of the brakes for a sqeaking sound at the front of the car that my dealership mechanic said they needed to investigate with microphones on the chassis to pinpoint! This noise had been going for several years before the pros at SRVIC quickly and accurately identified and fixed the problem. Since then, I have had several issues on my 10 year old vehicle repaired. I had planned on selling and getting a new car in the next year or so; with the care I've been getting, I have no plans for a new car as long as this one is serviced by SRVIC. Maybe I'll snag a spot on the 250,000 mile club!
