I always get prompt, courteous and quality service from Valley Import Center in San Ramon. I have used them for many years for service on my Suzuki Grand Vitara and several models of Honda. Great service at a fair price.

I've been going to Valley Import Center for years, and they are the best. The service is great (when needed, they'll give me a ride to or from). The main thing is that they don't invent problems, they solve them in the best way possible.

I've been going to the San Ramon Valley Import Center for over 20 years and have seen the various changes in ownership and management along with technicians. With the changes seen, I've never been disappointed in the service I receive as a customer or on any of the family cars brought in. I ALWAYS recommend that people go in and have their car(s) analysed and serviced by this team of loyal, dedicated and VERY TRUSTWORTHY people! I will admit that I, on occasion, have gone to other automotive shops for comparison. None that I've gone to compare to SRVIC! My family's lives are dependant on how all our cars run, present and future. I trust these guys. They keep educated on all the technology of new cars as well as the old one! They're good people.
