As usual arrived early Jeff did a great job on check in. Ride to work was fine. Pick up was easly scheduled and Sun arrived when he said he would be there. Work was done correct at a great price.

The work done was usual maintenance, but there was no lack of performance by the employees. After a 25 year relationship none of our vehicles have yet to fail on the road. These guys are great, wouldn't go any place else!

New to the area. Needed an oil change. Found this organization to be very well-reviewed on the web. So, I gave them a try...and I will go back for all my service needs. They provide immediate transportation to and from home and/or office as needed. And for the price of an oil change, they also replaced a burnt-out license plate bulb and, if I'm not mistaken, they vacuumed my interior AND washed the windows!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I've found my shop!!!

We have been going to Valley Import Center for 30 years and are always pleased with their service. The last service on my Prius had to be handled by early bird/lockout and long-distance phone calls because of medical obligations. Jeff responded quickly to my calls and arranged to have the car ready for us at the time promised. THANK YOU!
