Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

When I moved here and tried to find a mechanic, everyone said, "I can tell you where I go, but I don't recommend them," until one friend said, "I recommend Valley Import Center." That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship of almost 15 years duration. The only time that I wasn't satisfied, I spoke up and they made it right. These are people that you can trust.

I have been a customer for a long time. When I worked in San Ramon my fellow employees took their cars to SRVIC, so I started to take my older model car there too. After I retired, I continued taking my car there because of the excellent service & feeling comfortable with my car when I drive off until my next required service. :-)

It is a treat to bring my car in. I don't have to worry about getting to and from the office; your shuttle is a huge convenience and always there when I need a ride. I received an estimate when I came in in the morning and when I picked up my car, the bill came in under the estimate. I believe this is a RARE thing at many shops. I NEVER doubt that my dealings with your shop will be honest and straightforward. The BEST.
