I always know that I'm going to get, quick and honest service. I am never worried about whether or not I'm am being talked into a service that I don't need. More than once my car has needed quite a bit of work, and the work has been prioritized for me, so I know what needs to be done right away, Nd what can Wait and for how long.

San Ramon Valley Impirt Center keeps all four of our old cars running! Fast, friendly, service every time. My son recently bought his own car and moved to Menlo Park. He will be coming home to VAlley Import Center to have his car serviced.

Ed welcomed me in his friendly way, but that is just usual for VIC. When he offered me a ride I had to decline because I needed to drive to Fremont. I expected to rent a car for the day, but Ed offered to change the oil while I waited, saving me $30 on the spot. This is truly a first-class operation.

Valley Import has serviced my car for years, and I wouldn't think of taking to another mechanic. The workshop is clean and the mechanics are excellent. If you don't need service on your car, they will tell you. In addition, they provide a ride to your work or your home if they need to have the car for more than an hour

Our old 1992 Corolla came in for service because the odometer was making noise. Not only did you fix the problem, but our car came home looking better than ever! Thanks to Valley Import, the Corolla is still going strong, even with over 200,000 miles!. You guys rock.
