I noticed what appeared to be oil coming from the Air Conditioning Compressor. A quick call to Jeff at Valley and we brought the car in the next day. The crew took a look quick look at the compressor using an Ultraviolet Lamp. They were able to determine the compressor was leaking (Due to the UV Dye in the refrigerant being visible). They let me examine the problem myself using the special goggles which I appreciate. There was no doubt our A/C compressor was going leaking, just a matter of time before it failed completely. We really appreciate the Crew at Valley's professional approach. The team mentioned they thought we could run the car for a while the way it was. They explained there was no danger of a catastrophic failure. We could do the repair when it was convenient for us. When we decided to have the A/C compressor repaired and the Team at Valley had the car for a day. The problem compressor was replaced quickly and the Air Conditioning works like new.

I take my cars in regularly for oil changes and other routine things. The work is done professionally, quickly and reasonably. The result is that I have few, if any, major problems with my cars. I have been doing business with Valley Import for as long as it has been in operation and never regretted it.

I am new to the area and was a first time customer. I did my due diligence, first by asking around and then cross checking with online searching. I went further and checked all Better Business Bureau postings. Based on these actions I chose San Ramon Valley Import Center. I was not disappointed and thoroughly impressed with their service and prompt communication during all facets of the work they performed. I highly recommend them.
