Auto Repair in San Ramon, CA

I have been a loyal San Ramon Valley Import Center customer for more than two decades. I have always been treated exceptionally well and I feel they have always been honest with my car's assessment. They truly are the best auto repair shop in the area.

Professional and honest , this was my second visit and my only complaint is I didn't know about these guys sooner!!!! I had my car towed here 2 mos ago by recommendation of the truck driver. Triple A recommended a different shop and when I spoke with the manager (owner) before leaving my car there, i knew i would not do business with him so we left, After one more attempt, we pulled into import auto and I spoke with Jeff. Well. End of story. It's the integrity and follow through. Ok?? Lucky me. Lucky car. We are so happy!

Valley import center services 4 cars for our family - they provide excellent service and are priced competitively. Honest, detailed the best!

Needed service for my car. From the first call, they were friendly, knowledgable and reasonable in their pricing. Thank goodness for the convenient and PROMPT drop off and pick up! Surprise! The price for the service was just as they'd quoted. No tacking on of additional costs for additional procedures. They informed me about keeping an eye on two specific items for the future and placed a handy reminder sticker in my window (love it!). Found a great place to service my car, have already told two people about this business!

I called in for a headlight that needed fixing asap. Ed was great over the phone and fixed it quickly without even charging me labor. This was much appreciated because my old car's headlight area needed some work to jam open. Great service and great rates. San Ramon is lucky to have Valley.

I began taking my vehicle to SRVIC about a year ago, and have come to regard all the staff as more like family, than your typical auto garage business. I sincerely believe that they care for your vehicle, not just "sell" a service product. And I look forward to getting the personal updates in the mail from the guys as well. Keep up the great work!! I highly reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for honesty and great customer care!
