Friendly guys and great service. They were able to troubleshoot the loose wheel on my car to an incorrectly torqued bolt from the previous repair (needless to say, not done at Valley Imports). A simple, inexpensive fix - I was expecting worse. They'll be getting my repeat business!

We found San Ramon Valley Import online and based on the good reviews we decided to give them a try. I had a bad experience with another local mechanic in San Ramon so I was uneasy. They worked on our 2006 Toyota Prius and from the beginning, Jeff kept us informed and gave us a break down of what they were doing. Not once did I feel like he was trying to "over sell" us on something that wasn't needed. He was honest and up front and this is truly something you just don't get from many mechanics or car dealers for that matter. Honesty and great customer service is what I hoped for and was pleasantly surprised to actually get it. We found our new local mechanic at Valley Import Center!
