I drive a long way out of my way to have Valley Import work on my car. Don't expect the cheapest rates, but you'll only have to pay once, and you will be getting OEM or better. This is a place for people who plan to keep their cars a long time. There is a wall of photos of cars with impressive mileage. It's a small shop, where you will likely get to speak with the people who work on your car, and I especially want to give highest praise to Rob, an exceptionally gifted mechanic who takes pride in perfectionism.

The place is clean, the restrooms are clean, the guys are nice, the shuttle service is always great, with nice polite drivers that can carry on a conversation and drive too. Vehicles are ready as scheduled. They don't do repairs that are not necessary, will watch the situation until needed. Owner is always present.

For many years SRV Import Center has kept my car running well. My last car had 250 K miles on it before my husband drove it into the car graveyard. Current car has 110 K and has never had a problem. The service is excellent, the place very clean, and the personnel extremely nice, courteous, reliable and honest. As a woman I value their honesty and courtesy, something I did not find at the dealer.

I've used SRV Import Center for over 20 years and am certain that is the reason my 1997 Camry performs as well as it does at 238,500 miles. I became a bit concerned when ownership changed a number of years ago, but the new owner didn't miss a beat. Service may have actually improved. They make every effort to make sure you have a ride to and from their shop and notify you when your auto is ready. Service advice is given in a low key manner with respect for what it will cost the customer and the risks of ignoring the advice. I give SRV Import my unqualified recommendation. I highly recommend

So I see what appears to be a great deal on a front brake job at another service center. $200 later and a couple of weeks of squeaking brakes, I take it in to Valley. I find out the pads are a bad quality generic and the rotors look like they were never turned. Valley took care of everything and didn't even say "if it's too good to be true, it probably is".
