May 2010 - I was very impressed from all the reviews I read. I decided to make a call and talked to Jeff . Jeff is very professional and patient in explaining all my questions. Eventhough I called at the closing time, he still answered the phone and offered to look and find out info on my car. His professional dealing with customers made me choose his place for my first service. I have gone thru many websites searching for the services that I am looking for and finally found the Valley Import Center. This is the place that from now on, I will come for my car serviced. Thank you Jeff for the excellent services.

I'd been trying to get my car into SRVIC for many, many months. I finally found the time in my own schedule to do so, and it was well worth the wait. I had recently been quoted an estimate for recommended repairs by a certain other local "Big" company - which totaled close to $1400. So fearing the worst, I was happy (thrilled!) to hear instead that SRVIC's initial estimate would barely equal half that! (And the final-final price I paid ended up even lower.) The shuttle service and a washed car at pick-up were just icing on the cake. Honesty, trust, value, "customer-first" service ... they absolutely lived up to the reputation I'd read about online ... and have now earned our business (for both our vehicles) forever. Thanks guys.

Absolutely satisfied with service. Courteous and efficient! Needed to have repair immediately fixed and they were able to have it done within the hour that they promised.. saved my life! Wish I knew about them a long time ago!!!!
