We were very impressed with the San Ramon Valley Import Center. Chris, Jeff and Sun were very professional: they kept us informed about the diagnostic process and explained the mechanic's recommendations. A lose crankshaft bolt was discovered that made it possible to save the engine in time. I very much appreciated being able to talk to Doug, the mechanic, who was very knowledgeable and helped us understand the problem.
