I brought my car in for a routine service. They found a defective tierod. After checking their record, they found that they repaired the tierod almost two years ago, but it was still under their warranty. So, they repaced the part again without charging me. I was surprised. Last time at another shop, they replaced an alternator for me, it lasted only 7 mounth and it was out of warranty.

I have been going to Valley Import for over 16 years. All of my Toyotas, my Honda, and my ole Red Nova have been taken care of by the SRV. Its the best.
